Looking in: Northern Idaho, NE Washington, Western Montana, Northern New Mexico possibly Colorado
Listing ID: 19424
We are looking for min 40 max 500+ acres. This is to be a family based community with predominantly underground structures, so the land needs to have some slopes that aren't solid rock ( or lots of rock) Water in the form of springs, streams or rivers is a must, year round too. Diversity of the landscape is crucial as our aim is self sustainability ex: growing land, lush vegetation near the water and some dense forest too. Upper elevations preferred. Land is preferable within a 1/2 hour of a small city/large town. We'd like to be off the grid and remote enough to not really see our neighbors ( hence the vast difference between 40 acres and 500+ ) We'll take 40 if it's the right piece but would love to have more personal space and more space to keep in it's natural state. We currently are researching more funding options for this "Family Eco-Village" and depending on price plus all other factors we'll see what can be worked out.
Thank You Much ~
