The grazing of this unit has been fair to good as you know the west has been in a dry weather pattern over the past few years. We have had 180 cow/ calf pairs in from May 1st thru Oct. 15th. There is a good set of corrals, two 3200 bushel grains bins and a small bunk house on the ranch. There are two artesian wells, three developed springs with stock water tanks and several reservoirs on this acreage and have recently drilled a well close to the corrals. All of this acreage has border fence with several cross fences.
