one of the finest tailwater fisheries in the US and known all

Dam, just 12 minutes from the property, holds 80,000 trout. The
average size is 17" long, but 20" is not uncommon.
The property is located above Navajo Lake State Park. The lake is
the second largest in the state of New Mexico, is 35 miles long,
and has a shoreline of 250 miles. There is a huge assortment of
game fish including trout, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass,
northern pike, kokanee salmon, and more. The marina, just 10
minutes down the road, has 190 covered and 40 exposed slips, and
rental buoys are also available. Durango, Colorado is 60 minutes
away, the location of Purgatory Ski Resort. Wolf Creek is close

The property is located on a bluff above the lake, on a hilltop,
and is not on the waters edge. Here you can find the most
beautiful views in New Mexico, just outside your door. The
property is full of pinion and cedar trees. There are a variety

cabin getaway.
