These are 7 town lots spread out across three different small towns in rural southern Colorado. They are about 2 hours southwest of Denver near the New Mexico state line and about an hour drive to Taos. The bustling town of Alamosa sits 20-40 minutes away from the different towns and the county seat, San Luis is about a 10-20 minute drive.
There is a lot of farming and irrigation in Costilla County. There are also lots of wild animals, which include wildhorses. The area is extremely green in the spring into early summer months here. They do get a decent amount of snow up in the mountain ranges in the winter months and it is cold here. The summertime temperatures are nice.
