There is rocked dropped on it in some spots to make it an easier climb up to this higher part of Pine Meadows! There is power a several blocks away to the south, but still a ways away. All of the photos were taken of this property and its surrounding views in July of 2011. There are CCR’s in this subdivision, and zoning allows for homes, manufactured homes, RV’s and horses if the property is fenced.
