ACREAGE, BUTLER COUNTY, PERDUE POULTRY HOUSES

This is a fully operational Perdue poultry farm. There are many upgrades including, the newest chore time computer systems in two barns, the newest computer controlled auto start generator. The farm has its own water supply and a large portion of the fans have upgraded electric motors.
The metal, foundation, wood, etc. are in good shape. There is 20 acres that goes with the barns. This land is mostly between the barns and the lake for the water supply. There are many new upgrades to the houses. Barns are presently in operation, so feel free to come by and see them in action!
