I viewed this property in October 2010. I purchased it at a foreclosure sale and was thrilled to see that I got it so cheap and am passing the savings on to our buyers as always! We picked up a few other lots as well so if you are planning on going there to view the properties be sure and ask what else we have available as I just haven't had a chance to get all of them up for sale.

This building lot is a beautiful piece of land offering awesome views of the long range of the Humboldt Mountains from the NE to the SE. It is a fabulous view of the rocky treed peaks.

To the west is the beautiful Rye Patch Reservoir and you can actually see the rim that rises above the reservoir across the other side of the valley.

It was easy to locate and the roads are marked and in excellent condition. Polo Park Lane and La Costa Drive are both graveled roads along the east and south of the property. My notes say there was power only two lots south but that doesn't make sense - maybe I meant two lots east - you will definitely need to view the property and verify where it runs - sorry about that...which way is up?!!

There is an intermittent stream running thru the front of the property and there was a culvert in the road where this passes thru. You would need to inspect the property to know how deep it flows but it was dry when I was there. Otherwise the property was fairly flat with a gentle slope to the west with sage and grass. My notes say "very cute".

There is a grocery/gas station at the exit off Interstate 80 just to the west. If you have been seeking a place to get away to have fun or a place to call home in an affordable rural setting this is definitely worth checking out! Enjoy! Char the Explorer : )
