These three adjoining lots make up a very pretty nice piece of land! There are huge tall trees which are pretty thick with underbrush, but plenty of sunshine was streaming down through the leaves lighting up the forest floor! Very pretty! There are no immediate neighbors although there are some cute A-frames a few blocks away! The property slopes down off the road to the south and southwest. There is power running along lot 1000 along Dunham and Bockman! I gave this one my 5 stars for having power, a paved road and privacy!!
Please look at our parcel map for the property dimensions at smile4uinc dot com. The maps we received from the county are in poor condition and we have tried our best to read them but we just can’t quite make them out on this piece. Our best guess is lot 1000 looks like it says 75 along the south along Dunham and 80 along the west. The middle lot 1001 is 100 along the west and the third lot 1002 is 50 along the west and east. You will need to verify the dimensions with the county before developing it and do your own research as to the exact dimensions. We did speak to the county and they are very willing to assist property owners in developing their properties and two lots are sufficient for development. I see they think outside the box and gave us information about using holding tanks so be sure and talk to them if you decide to build. This lot would be terrific for a fisherman seeking a place to build a getaway, pull in their RV or build a cabin to enjoy while they fish!
There is a public boat launch nestled in the subdivision as seen in the pictures. It sits down along the Tennessee border. It was very easy to access the area and such a beautiful surrounding area!
