The property slopes to the west offering beautiful views over the valley. There is a trailer that looks to be abandoned in the far distance to the SE and there was a big pile of tires there too. To the southeast and all the way up to the northwest is a beautiful long view of the Sandia Mountains! On the other side of these mountains is Albuquerque!
These lots are easy to locate about 6 miles E of Moriarty, NM just off Interstate 40 and Old Route 66 in Torrance County. There is a dirt road that is overgrown along the south of the property and then a decent dirt road to the west than runs north into Pecos/A123, the main road through the bottom of the subdivision. I did not see power in this lower part of the subdivision so alternative sources of power would want to be considered if you are looking to build now. All of the photos were taken of the property and its surrounding views in May of 2009. Zoning allows for homes, manufactured homes and limited RV use up to 90 days.
