Located on a quiet country road close to Lake Norfork, between Tecumseh and Hardenville, this two bedroom, one bath home, built over a walk-out basement, sits on a rolling wooded acreage teeming with wildlife. A couple of small pastures would work for your livestock, or you could sow them with deer or turkey friendly plantings and keep your camera ready. The house has 960 square feet on each level. a big country kitchen, central heat and air, a great deck off the kitchen that looks into your own woods, and very nice appliances that stay. There's a 20x40 pole barn, and a garden shed next to a big well-established garden spot. The county road to this property dead-ends at a big farm next door, and behind that is the lake. Quiet as this setting is, a paved highway is less than a 3 minute drive away. All things considered, this is a wonderful package for the money.
