ADVERTISER CERTIFICATION - By placing advertising, links and listing on this site users certify that he/she has the legal right and authority to do so. User accepts all responsibility for the content in the ads, listing and links placed on this site.

ADVERTISERS & USERS AUTHORITY - Advertisements and listings on this site are placed with the understanding that when need or authority for the ad or listing no longer exist user agrees to remove any such ad or listing. User agrees to update phone, email and other contact information when changes made. User may be required to verify and update ad or listing information periodically. Failure may subject ads and listings to termination and removal.

AD COPY - All advertising and ad copy, links and listings are subject to approval and acceptance. We reserve the right to reject and/or edit all or part of any advertising, listings or links placed.

MULTIPLE PARCEL & ANNUAL ADS - All ads placed with multiple parcels offered, no price or acreage listed, buyers brokers ads, money or investors wanted and other ads that may be other than a description of a specific property will be considered an annual ad. (Plan "B")

EDITING ADVERTISING - Any change in ad copy, terms, price or property size may be considered a new ad offer and may require a new ad. Please refer to our Advertising Packages for current price and terms information.

LAND BUYERS LIST -The "Land Buyers List" Contact Information is not for sale and is available only to "Advertising Clients" as a tool to aid in the sale of lands and properties for sale advertised on this site. The information on this list is primarily from messages sent to us regarding properties that the senders would like to find. Currently we receive a number of these messages every day and we try to update the list as often as possible. When buyers change email address, phone numbers, or find properties they wanted or perhaps their situations have changed, do not always notify us and we rely a great deal on our clients using the "List" to let us know when a buyer is no longer responding. When we learn that a buyer is no longer in the market for a property, or no longer available to contact , we remove them from the "List" as soon as possible. We do not want our clients, spending the time and effort, trying to contact people (buyers) who are no longer available or are no longer buyers.

BUYERS SEARCH ACCOUNT - A privilege access account allowing Search Account Buyer users to access the contact information of free ads and other Eaglestar.net database properties. When a Free Buyers Ad is also placed along with the Search Account, Eaglestar.net will endeavor to, on a "best efforts" basis, locate and include properties meeting or similar to the criteria of the Search Account Buyer's request.

CONTACT INFORMATION - We reserve the right to withdraw or remove access privileges to the "Land Buyer List" and "Buyers Search Account" contact information at any time for any reason with or without cause, with or without notice.

ADVERTISING & SERVICE FEES ONLY. No other fees are accepted, such as commissions, finder fees, broker fees or referral fees. We do not get involved in the sale negotiations, offers or acceptance process. Our intent is the advertising of properties and getting land and property buyers and sellers together. We are not Real Estate Agents and/or Brokers.

TERMINATION AND COMPLETION Advertisers agree to notify American Eagle Star when property is sold or advertiser no longer has the rights and/or authority to sell or advertise a property. Advertising is complete when property is sold, when property is no longer available, when contact information no longer valid, such as phone number, email address, etc.

INQUIRES & RESPONSE POLICY - Users of this site are expected to conduct inquires and/or response to inquires in a professional, timely and courteous manner. Reports to the contrary may result in lost site privileges and use. Users agree to report any misconduct or abuse at the hands of other site users.

PRIVACY POLICY- User information, personal, financial, phone numbers, email addresses are not for sale, not for rent and are not available free to anyone for any reason, except as may be listed in an ad or listing on the site, intended in such a way for public perusal such as contact information on an ad or listing. Email addresses on ads and listings are not accessible and are private. Contact is made through email by filling out an email contact form. Any suspected breach, abuse or possible misuse in any way should be reported to us immediately.

TERMS - All advertising and services provided on a PRE PAID basis.
