Plan A (Until Sold)

• Ad Rate is $295 for the first property offering until sold.
• Properties listed after the first property, the price goes down to $135 for each additional property until sold.

• Hot New Properties list for 60 days
• Ad links in four appropriate Directory categories
• Link from ad to sellers web site if any.

• Up to 10 pictures / maps / plats
• Property ad page for each ad
• Land Buyers List contact info access
• Listing held until sold or retracted
• Ability to utilize Premium & Category Featured Options to increase visibility

Restrictions

• This plan is designed for a single property/parcel offer and will remain on site for sale as long as is necessary to sell it. If property is sold, ownership has changed, it is no longer available or offer has changed then the advertising on this site for this property is deemed complete.
• Reinstating an ad that has been removed requires a reinstatement fee of $95.00
• Increasing price, lowering acreage, changing location or offer requires new ad ($135.00) or a special editing fee of $65.00 per modification
• Third party links or referrals are not allowed. Only links to advertisers own or controlled site are permitted.

Special Notes:

• Although not required, links from advertisers site to eaglestar.net are encouraged and appreciated.
• All ads and ad edits/modifications are subject to review and acceptance.

Plan B (Annual)

• Plan "B" is available for 2 ads on an annual basis, the first 2 ads is $395 for the first year and $165 for each year thereafter.
• Each additional ad after the first one the rate is $135 per year.

Plan Advantages:

• Advertisers with a high turnover of properties. When one property sells, replace ad with new property as often as needed.
• Ability to edit property ads quickly, such as property size, amount, pictures and description.
• It is also possible to completely change properties in the ad space area multiple times during the advertising year.
• Access to "Land Buyers List" contact information and updates.

Free Ad

• 3 months must renew to continue
• Visible public access property description only
• Limited contact info: Your Name, Phone & Email function only available to Paid Search Subscribers
• Paid Search Subscriber is someone who has paid for the privilege of being able to contact those who have placed a free ad listing
• Although fewer in numbers, Paid Search Subscribers are Buyers who are looking for special opportunities, bargains, and properties never before offered for sale or little exposure
• Single properties or parcels only
• Allows up to 300 characters (approximately 50 words) property description.
• Placement in one Category listing, a Location listing and in relevant Search Engine results
• Can be upgraded to a paid listing.
• Must renew periodically when notified to keep ad active

• Category Featured
  • $50 per month
  • The Featured Category Listing places the Listing Ad Link at the top of every listed category
  • Listed rotation with the other Featured Category Listings.
    For example if your property were listed in Remote, Wilderness, Off The Grid, and Mountain Properties, than your Ad Listing Link would be at or near the top of each of those Categories selected.
