Rio Rancho is a suburb of Albuquerque about 15 miles to the northwest as the crow flies. It is the fastest growing city in New Mexico and this lot is located in one of the developed units close to the new City Center! The Section Map link above shows where the property is located at and also where the new City Center is in unit 21. This property is in the city limits which can also be seen in the Section Map as a thick black line. You can also see just how close this property is to a housing development which is about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile to the southeast. The property sits just west of Rainbow Boulevard near King Boulevard, both major roads in the subdivision and this can be seen in the map links as well.

And I still see the infrasructure growth and new subdivisions being built even in this slower economy. The new city center was recently opened and you can see where that is on the map as well.
