This grazing land is located just east of Hwy 97 at the end of Lentz Road, approximately 1 ½ hours south of Bend and 1 hour north of Klamath Falls. The east boundary borders the Klamath Forest National Wildlife Refuge. World Famous Crater Lake National Park is within an hour drive.
800 +/- acres flood irrigated by 3 wells that pump in excess of 7,500 GPM. Livestock capacity is approximately 450 spring pair. Yearling capacity is approximately 900 five weight cattle. Turnout begins between May 1st and 15th and dry cows have stayed out as late as Thanksgiving. Weaning weights have traditionally ranged between 550 and 600 Lbs.
Deer and Antelope reside on property. Elk are frequent transient visitors and use all of the property. Duck and goose hunting is fantastic.
